Our wheelchair accessible rental fleet features clean vehicles with your choice of side or rear entry options. All are loaded with popular features — and because we’re a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation, they’re available at the lowest possible rates.
At Destinations Mobility in Sacramento, CA we also offer a special Econo Van Rate, featuring two rear entry wheelchair vans.
Our wheelchair vans come with easy to use QRT Max Retractable wheelchair tie-downs, so you are confident your love one is secured safely to the vehicle. All wheelchair positions come with a lap and shoulder safety belt as well.
Econo Van Rates: Non Driver
- 1 Day Rental Rate: $100
- Weekly Rental Rate: (7 days) $500 & $2,000 per month
- Weekend Special: $200 (Friday pickup 2pm-4pm return Monday 8am-10am)
- Mileage: 100 free miles per day; only $.30 per mile over 100 miles.

First Line Minivan Rates: Non Driver
- 1-Day Rental Rate: $125
- Weekly Rental Rate: (7 days) $600 & $2400 per month
- Weekend Special: $250 (Friday pickup 2pm-4pm return Monday 8am-10am)
- Mileage: 100 free miles per day; only $.30 per mile over 100 miles.
- Rental rates above do not include applicable sales tax.
Driver Minivan Rates: Driver hand control & transfer seat
- 1-Day Rental Rate: $175
- Weekly Rental Rate: (7 days) $800 & $3200 per month
- Weekend Special: $350 (Friday pickup 2pm-4pm return Monday 8am-10am)
- Mileage: 100 free miles per day; only $.30 per mile over 100 miles.
- Rental rates above do not include applicable sales tax.
Important Documents:
To speed you through the rental process, we’ll need two documents:
- A Rental Request Form (filled out by you)
- An Insurance Verification Form (filled out by your insurance agent)
Wheelchair Van Rental Delivery & Pick Up:
Delivery service available to Sacramento International Airport. Call for pricing.
Convenient door-to-door delivery/pick up is available for weekly rentals. Please call for rates and details, as this service charge varies for each location.
Wheelchair Van Rental Cancellation Policy:
We require 48 hours’ notice in advance for all cancellations. If less, a 20% cancellation fee may be charged. Driver Transfer van rentals will be charged a $250 labor surcharge for equipment installation.
Wheelchair van rentals that are returned prior to their due date will be eligible for a 20% refund on any unused days.
Wheelchair Van Rental Requirements:
- A valid credit card.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Drivers must be a minimum of 25 years old and provide proof that full coverage of insurance is transferable to Destinations Mobility.
- No smoking in our vehicles.
